Creamy horseradish potato salad

Background
For barbecues, parties and picnics this creamy horseradish potato salad is a yummy addition. It also goes well with roast beef! It's super easy to make and you can use any kind of herb that complements your main dish (such as mint, chives, basil, parsley, oregano, coriander and so on).
Ingredients
- 500g new potatoes
- 3 Tbsp crème fresh or soured cream
- 1 Tbsp horseradish sauce
- salt & pepper
- some fresh herbs
Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes and put them in a pan of lightly salted water. Bring it to the boil and cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. Drain and let them cool.
- Mix the crΓ¨me fraîche with horseradish, add some salt and pepper to your liking.
- Put the potatoes in a serving bowl and pour over the sauce. Scatter some herbs of your liking on the top.
