Background
Crispy cauliflower is a very easy dish to make. This dish loaded with flavor and taste makes for a perfect appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 200g califlower
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1-2 tsp chilli powder
- 50g corn flour
- 50g plain flour
- oil for deep frying
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into pieces.
- Take a vessel and add water until the cauliflower pieces are submerged. Bring it to boil and cook for 2 min.
- Remove the cauliflower from heat and drain the water. Transfer into bowl.
- Add both the flours , salt, chilly powder and ginger garlic paste and mix well. Keep aside for 10-15 mins.
- Take a deep bottom pan and add oil for deep frying.
- Add the cauliflower to oil and deep fry them until golden brown.
- Transfer to tissue paper to soak the excess oil.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
