Background

Crispy cauliflower is a very easy dish to make. This dish loaded with flavor and taste makes for a perfect appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

200g califlower
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1-2 tsp chilli powder
50g corn flour
50g plain flour
oil for deep frying
salt to taste

Instructions

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into pieces.
Take a vessel and add water until the cauliflower pieces are submerged. Bring it to boil and cook for 2 min.
Remove the cauliflower from heat and drain the water. Transfer into bowl.
Add both the flours , salt, chilly powder and ginger garlic paste and mix well. Keep aside for 10-15 mins.
Take a deep bottom pan and add oil for deep frying.
Add the cauliflower to oil and deep fry them until golden brown.
Transfer to tissue paper to soak the excess oil.
Serve hot with ketchup.
