Background
These Dijon grilled pork chops are excellent for summer barbecues! You can also griddle them, so this can also be an all-year-round dish really. They are absolutely delicious! Serve them a mash orΒ a potato salad.
Ingredients
- 2 pork loin chops
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp apple juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Mix mustard,, apple juice, honey and Worcestershire sauce together in a flat dish. Add the pork chops and coat with the marinade all over.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for minimum 2 hours, preferably overnight. Turn the chops over several times.
