Background

These Dijon grilled pork chops are excellent for summer barbecues! You can also griddle them, so this can also be an all-year-round dish really. They are absolutely delicious! Serve them a mash or a potato salad.

Ingredients

2 pork loin chops
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp apple juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp honey

Instructions

Mix mustard,, apple juice, honey and Worcestershire sauce together in a flat dish. Add the pork chops and coat with the marinade all over.
Marinate in the refrigerator for minimum 2 hours, preferably overnight. Turn the chops over several times.
Heat your barbecue, grill or griddle pan.
Remove pork chops from marinade. Remove pork chops from marinade and put them on the preheated grill. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until it's cooked through, basting a few times with the marinade.
