Egg Roti Roll

Background
Egg roti roll is a very good recipe for lunch boxes for kids and adults the same. It is very filling and very tasty. This a favourite of my kid and mine too!
Ingredients
- For roti:
- 1 Cup Wheat flour
- Salt as required (Optional)
- Water as required
- Egg Mixture:
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- Salt as required
- Black pepper as required
- 1 tsp Oil
- Toothpicks as required
Instructions
- For roti:
- Mix all the dry ingredients for roti.
- Knead the flour adding water little by little into a soft dough.
- Divide into 6 equal balls and roll them out into thin roti.
- Heat a pan on high flame and add the rolled out roti.
- Flip the roti once when there are bubbles on one side and fry it on the other side until cooked.
- Set aside the whole wheat rotis.
- For the roll:
- In a pan, heat the oil and add onion and fry until brown.
- Add this onion to the eggs and beat them with salt and pepper.
- Spread one egg mixture approximately on a pan with medium flame.
- Place the roti on top of this spread mixture and cook for a minute and flip.
- Remove from flame and roll and cut it into small pieces and put them together with toothpicks.
