Ingredients
- 8 small or 6 large figs

- Zest and juice of 1 orange

- 1 handful of walnuts
- 50g dairy-free spread or butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.
- Quarter the figs and lay them in a small oven-proof dish.
- Finely chop the walnuts, scatter half around the figs.
- Drizzle the figs with honey and the orange juice.
- Mix the granola with the remaining walnuts, butter and orange zest.
- Cover the figs with this crumble and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until golden.
- Serve with Greek yoghurt (mixed with honey) drizzled on top, if you like.
Tips
- If you donβt have granola, mix 1 cup of porridge oats with some unrefined sugar, seeds and nuts and use this mixture in the recipe. You can add some cinnamon or mixed spice to it too, if you like.
- You can use pistachios or almonds instead of walnuts.
