Granola with cranberries and pistachios

Background
This Granola with cranberries and pistachios is ready within 20 minutes and can be kept for a week or so in an airtight jar. Itβs healthy and yummy, perfect for breakfast or in quick an easy desserts.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 pinch salt
- Β½ tsp cinnamon
- β cup oil
- 4 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160Β°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, salt and cinnamon.
- Add the oil, honey/maple syrup. Mix well.
- Scatter the mixture onto the sheet, then spread it out, slightly pressing it down with the spoon.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until lightly golden, then stir it and add the pistachios.
- Bake for another 10 minutes.
- Turn off the oven, add the cranberries and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven and let it cool completely in the tray, then transfer it to a jar.
- You can store it for about a week.
