Itβs ideal for parties too, particularly during the Christmas Β period and on New Yearβs Eve - or on Valentineβs Day. You can mash the avocado with a fork if you preferred a more creamy version.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados

- 1 Lemon, juiced
- Ground Pepper
- 1 handful Watercress
Instructions
- Prepare four small glass pots. Put a few watercress leaves into each of them.

- Top with the remaining avocado, the season with ground pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Scatter some watercress leaves on top and serve.
