Greek pasta salad

Background
This Greek pasta salad is ready in just ten minutes. Also, it can be eaten warm or cold, so it's not only ideal for a quick meal but for picnics, trips or for your lunch box.
Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 100g feta
- 1 Tbsp chopped dill
- 1 small clove of garlic clove
- ½ red onion
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 2 handful of black olives, pitted
- lemon juice, olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain.
- Meanwhile mix the feta with the dill and minced garlic. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and a drop of olive oil. Mix this with the freshly drained pasta.
- Finely slice the onion, halve the tomatoes. Toss with the pasta.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, lemon juice & oil.
Tips
- You can use soft goat's cheese instead of feta.
- Add some diced cucumber to it to make it a full "Greek salad" pasta!
