Background

This Greek pasta salad is ready in just ten minutes. Also, it can be eaten warm or cold, so it's not only ideal for a quick meal but for picnics, trips or for your lunch box.

Ingredients

200g pasta
100g feta
1 Tbsp chopped dill
1 small clove of garlic clove
½ red onion
200g cherry tomatoes
2 handful of black olives, pitted
lemon juice, olive oil

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain.
Meanwhile mix the feta with the dill and minced garlic. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and a drop of olive oil. Mix this with the freshly drained pasta.
Finely slice the onion, halve the tomatoes. Toss with the pasta.
Taste and adjust seasoning, lemon juice & oil.

Tips

You can use soft goat's cheese instead of feta.
Add some diced cucumber to it to make it a full "Greek salad" pasta!
