Background
These grilled turkey steaks with mustard are ready within ten minutes - they're perfect for parties and barbecues in the summer! Serve them with potato salad - or even in a bun as a burger. You can prepare the steaks in advance and leave them marinating in the fridge until you're ready to cook them.
Ingredients
- 4 small, skinless turkey breast steaks
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary leaves (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- If the turkey steaks are not thin enough, flatten them out between sheets of clingfilm to about 5-8mm thickness.
- Mix the oil, mustard, rosemary and garlic, then rub it into the steaks.
- Heat a griddle pan or turn your grill/BBQ.
- Season the steaks and cook them on each side for 3-4 minutes.
