Pineapple & oat slice

Background
These pineapple & oat slices are not only easy to make - but healthy too. They are gluten-, dairy- and sugar-free yet naturally sweet and yummy. They are perfect snacks for kids - and nice treats for adults who like looking Β after their health and waistline!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4-5 slices of pineapple
- 50g rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp desiccated coconut (sugar-free)
- 3 Tbsp melted margarine (or butter)
- 1 handful of raisins or dried cherries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C. Grease, or line with baking parchment, a 20x20 cm baking tray.
- Blend the bananas together with the oil.
- Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
- In a large bowl mix everything together. If the mixture is too runny add some more oats.
- Transfer the mixture evenly into the baking tray. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it rest in the tray for 10 minutes, then turn onto a plate. When it's completely cooled, slice it into cubes
