Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4-5 slices of pineapple
- 50g rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp desiccated coconut (sugar-free)
- 3 Tbsp melted margarine (or butter)

- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease, or line with baking parchment, a 20x20 cm baking tray.
- Blend the bananas together with the oil.
- Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
- In a large bowl mix everything together. If the mixture is too runny add some more oats.
