Tomato rice
Background
This is a simple and flavorful dish made with only few ingredients. This can be made in a pressure cooker or a pot. Since it is quick to make, one can prepare this for dinner on a busy week day or for a lunch box. It can be served plain or with some vegetable salad, curd or papad. To make it kid`s friendly you can purΓ©e the tomatoes. As the name indicates this dish is made using just tomato and no vegetables are used except onion.
