Waldorf salad with blue cheese dressing

Background
If you want an easy but stylish starter in a special menu to impress your guests or loved ones, take note of this recipe! It's very easy to create and very tasty too!!
Ingredients
- 2 green apples
- 1 sprig of celery
- 50g walnut
- 2 handfuls of watercress
- Dressing:
- 30g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp water
- 50g blue cheese
Instructions
- Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and water, then crumble the cheese into it. Season with salt and pepper and mash with a fork to a coarse paste.
- Slice the celery into thin, about 8cm long strips.
- Core the apples then slice them into thin circles.
- Arrange the apple slices and celery sticks on a plate, scatter some watercress and walnuts around them, then drizzle with the dressing.
