Background
This cottage cheese and radish spread is high-protein, low-cal and yummy, perfect for lunch with a piece of wholewheat or rye bread.
Ingredients
- 150g cottage cheese
- 4 radishes
- 3 salad onions
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives or mint leaves
- Salt& pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Chop the radishes and salad onions.
- Put the cottage cheese into a mixing bowl, then add the chopped veggies, herbs & spices.
- Toss gently until well combined.
- Taste it and season with salt and pepper to your liking. You can add more spices too, if preferred.
- Serve immediately or rest in the refrigerator until needed.
