Cranberry glazed lamb steak
Background
Cranberry sauce goes well with lamb so it's no wonder this cranberry glazed lamb steak is rather delicious. Sesame seeds add an extra layer of nutty flavour. It's perfect for a quick and easy midweek supper, or you can even serve at dinner parties or BBQ gatherings!
Ingredients
- 4 lamb steaks
- 2 Tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or BBQ - or oil & heat a griddle pan.
- Rub the lamb steaks with the cranberry sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, and scatter sesame seeds over the steaks. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve it with potato salad or couscous.
