Green pea and feta salad

Background
This green pea and feta salad is perfect for summer barbecue parties. You can make it in just five minutes and prepare it in advance.
Ingredients
- 400g frozen peas
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped dill
- For the Dressing:
- 40ml walnut oil
- 40ml olive oil
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Sherry vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic ( pressed )
Instructions
- Whisk the dressing in a small bowl.
- Put the peas in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to the boil. When the water is boiling, drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again and dry with a tea towel .
- Transfer the peas into a bowl then crumple the feta over it. Sprinkle with chopped dill and drizzle with the dressing. Toss before serving.
