This version is made with a simple combination of soy, butter and grilled lemon juice and served with chilli. It's zingy and delicious - a perfect companion to grilled meat or fish.
Ingredients
- 250g asparagus (green)
- 30g soft butter or margarine
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Half a red chilli
Instructions
- Preheat the BBQ, grill or griddle pan.
