Ingredients
- 2 matured sirloin steaks

- ½ can chickpeas (200g)
- 1 lemon
- 1 large ripe tomato
- 1 Tbsp mint leaves

- Turn on the grill, griddle pan or BBQ.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper then spray with the oil.
