- 100 ml crรจme fraîche or Greek-style yoghurt
- 1 pack of crayfish tails (125-150g)
- 1 lemon (grated zest and juice)
- 2 Tbsp chopped dill
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Meanwhile, sautรฉ the onion in the oil or butter for about 5 minutes in a frying pan. Add the wine and the cornflour and simmer gently until thickened. Stir in the crรจme fraîche or yoghurt, add the crayfish, dill and lemon zest and half of the lemon juice. Season to taste, stir until the sauce is thick and and creamy.
- Drain the pasta and stir through the creamy sauce.
