Background

This dish can be made quickly and is very easy to do. Pasta is one of the dishes enjoyed by adults and kids alike - I'm sure you'll find this will be a great hit at parties and other get-togethers.

Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts, cubed
1 cup Sausages, chopped
2 cups Cream
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
4 cups Cooked penne
1 cup Parmesan
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tbsp Oil
3 Cloves garlic, chopped
Salt as required
Pepper as required

Instructions

Heat oil in a deep bottomed vessel, add garlic, sausages and chicken and fry until the chicken is cooked.
Add the cajun seasoning and cream and simmer.
Cook the penne according to the instructions on the packet and add it to the above.
Add the parmesan and parsley and mix.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
