Energy drink of Kalettes®, lime and almonds

Background
I want to share this recipe for your New Year resolutions! It is tasty and healthy! I usually drink it after doing sport.
Ingredients
- 20 Kalettes®
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 500 ml almond milk
- ½ Tbsp sugar
- 10 mint leaves
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender, adding enough lime juice to get a creamy liquid.
- Keep in the fridge for 2 hours until chilled.
- Serve in a long glass topped with grated lime zest.
