Background
This Ghost pasta is perfect for a Halloween supper! It’s super easy to make - you can use your own pasta sauce or any ready-made versions. This dish also looks good on a Halloween buffet table at a party (and can be eaten cold, as a pasta salad.)
Ingredients
- 300g spaghetti or tagliatelle
- 1 cup pizza sauce of your choice
- Black olives
- 1 log goats cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta following the packets instruction, then drain and put it back in the pot.
- Meanwhile, cut some olives in half, another ones into small slices. Cut a slice into tiny pieces.
- Cut the cheese log into 3mm slices and make ghosts shapes out of them, then using the tiny olives, add some eyes.
- Mix the drained pasta with the pasta sauce and serve it either on individual plates or in one big platter.
- Make some spider shapes from the olives on top of the pasta, then arrange the cheese ghosts between them
- Serve with plenty of freshly ground pepper. You can add some Parmesan too, if liked.
