Grilled Harissa chicken

Background
These grilled Harissa chicken breasts are super easy to make, yummy and healthy. They can be cooked in the oven, on the grill or a BBQ. So itβs ideal for summer parties or laid back suppers all year round. Serve it with couscous and/or Moroccan style crispy salad.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Harissa paste
- Β½ tbsp cumin seeds, toasted
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breast fillets (skinless)
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients and rub the chicken breasts with it. Cover with clingfilm and rest for at least 2 hours (max. overnight) in the refrigerator.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes under the grill. Alternatively grill it on a barbecue (over low heat).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
