Background
This red pepper and feta dip is super easy to make. You can use homemade or shop-bought jarred roasted pepper. You can spicy it up by adding a chilli pepper if you like. Serve it with tortilla chips or toasted flat bread.
Ingredients
- 200g roasted/grilled pepper
- 100g feta cheese
- 1 red chilli (optional)
- salt& pepper
Instructions
- If the roasted/grilled peppers are home-made, remove the skin.
- Put the peppers and feta in a small food processor. Deseed the chilli and add to the peppers (if used). Whiz until smooth.
- Chill until needed.
