Instructions

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Add the samphire to the cooking water a minute before draining it.
2. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a frying pan. Season the fish and cook with skin side down for about 5 mins, then flip over and cook for another 3 minutes.
3. Add the chilli flakes and garlic for the last minute of cooking. Fleck the salmon away from the skin.
4. Toss the drained pasta & samphire with the fried salmon, chilli & garlic. Add the zest & juice of the lemon and season with salt & pepper.
5. Serve warm.
