Spiced Maple BBQ Ribs
Background
Men generally seem to love tending the barbecue even if they're not that into other cooking chores. This sweet & sour Spiced Maple BBQ Ribs marinade is just the thing for laid-back BBQ parties - particularly if said men are well provided with beer to slake their thirst as they do their thing! Serve with coleslaw, salsa and potato salad.

- A rack of pork ribs
- Marinade: 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp worcester sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- salt & pepper
