Background
Aubegine is one of the vegetables which cooks very easily. This recipe is very easy, simple and tasty. This side dish can be prepared very quickly.
Ingredients
- 2 Aubergines (Big and cut in circles)
- 2 Onions (Made to paste in mixer)
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Salt as required
- Oil for shallow fry
Instructions
- In a mixer, grind onions to a paste.
- To this, add the salt and chilli powder and mix.
- Coat the onion mixture to the circular aubergine pieces.
- In a pan, heat oil for shallow fry on medium flame and add the aubergines.
- Fry the aubergines until they become soft.
- Serve hot as a side.
