Background

Aubegine is one of the vegetables which cooks very easily. This recipe is very easy, simple and tasty. This side dish can be prepared very quickly.

Ingredients

2 Aubergines (Big and cut in circles)
2 Onions (Made to paste in mixer)
1 tsp Red chilli powder
Salt as required
Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

In a mixer, grind onions to a paste.
To this, add the salt and chilli powder and mix.
Coat the onion mixture to the circular aubergine pieces.
In a pan, heat oil for shallow fry on medium flame and add the aubergines.
Fry the aubergines until they become soft.
Serve hot as a side.
