Background
Kala jamun is a delicious and scrumptious dessert for any special occasion or parties. Jamuns are fried milk dumplings that are soaked in sugar syrup – unbelievably soft and just melt in your mouth!! They get their name kala jamun because of the dark color. ‘kala’ means ‘black’ and hence these are referred as ‘kala jamuns’.
