Mixed seafood curry

Background
I love seafood of all sorts and try different curries with them. I got this quick and easy recipe from a friend. It has all the fresh ingredients which give it a very refreshing taste. It goes well with steamed rice.
Ingredients
- 250g Mixed seafood (prawns, mussels and squid rings)
- 300g Button mushrooms, chopped
- 3 Spring onions, chopped
- 1" fresh Ginger grated
- 5 Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- Salt as required
- 1Tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
Instructions
- In a deep bottomed vessel, heat oil on medium flame. Add onion and spring onion to it and fry until brown.
- Add the ginger and garlic and fry for a minute.
- Add the button mushroom and tomato and fry until cooked.
- Add the mixed seafood, chilli powder and salt and mix.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
