Background
It is summer time and barbecue time! This recipe has simple ingredients and very easy to make. I got this recipe from a friend and it tastes very good.
Ingredients
- 8 Chicken legs
- 125g Shallots
- 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
- ½ Tbsp Red chilli powder (or according to taste)
- Salt as required
- 1 Lime juice
- 2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Instructions
- Grind together shallots, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, lime juice and ginger garlic paste.
- Make cuts in the chicken legs.
- Apply this paste to all the chicken legs and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Barbecue them on a barbecue grill and serve hot.
